Having grown up in Palo Alto, California, Catherine has seen the Bay Area limitlessly expand. That dynamism is what drew her to real estate. As an agent, Catherine shares her knowledge of the unique and diverse cities that make up the areas she serves — from the Penin
sula down to South Bay — and helps others build their dreams here. Catherine has extensive hands-on experience working with investors and loves helping people look for their home and investment properties.
Service is Catherine’s priority. She builds relationships with her clients based on attentiveness and communication and focuses completely on their needs. Before commencing the home search, Catherine takes time to truly understand her clients’ desires in a home and then presents all of the data, empowering them to make an informed decision.
Catherine has a bachelor’s degree in communications and environmental studies from San Jose State University. As an environmentalist, she is always looking for green approaches to real estate. She shares her expert knowledge of recycled building materials in new builds and suggests ways to reduce waste in the process.
When she’s not showing properties, Catherine can be found gardening at her own home, or out taking classes on eco-friendliness, volunteering at local food banks, or walking her dogs.
