🏔️ Sometimes the best stories start with a little mountain dreaming 💭

Before we were helping families build their dream homes in the mountains, Kim and Jan were dreaming up something of their own.

For more than 40 years, the Hibbs family has called both St. Louis and Park City home. Long before we built our first home in Utah, Kim and Jan were making memories there and falling in love with the land, architecture, and people that make this place so special.

In 2018, sitting along Main Street watching the Fourth of July parade, they started talking about bringing the custom home building practices they'd spent years refining in St. Louis to the place their family had loved for decades.

And in early 2020, that dream on Main Street became a reality.

Since then, we've built a local mountain home building team grounded in our values of communication and transparency and is committed to making every client's experience as extraordinary as the home they're building.

It's a special thing to help other families make a home in a place that has meant so much to ours. And we're grateful to be part of their stories.

For these clients, building custom meant creating a home designed around their lives, rather than fitting their lives into someone else's design.

As the owners of multiple restaurants and hospitality venues, you can see their eye for hospitality in every room . From the kitchen you know belongs to a chef, to the lower-level golf simulator and wet bar that makes you want to invite yourself over.

Their journey started a few years before we broke ground. When the homes on the market asked them to compromise and plan renovations, they changed direction and began searching for land with our team by their side.

With the perfect piece of land secured, we took everything they loved and put it into a floor plan that is undoubtedly them.

Every room is ready, a blank canvas waiting for our homeowners to fill. 🎨

These clients came to us with a clear vision that guided every fixture selected and every door placed. From the ventilated craft room in the basement to the dual-entry shower, that vision was not something they could find in an open house.

Our design + build team guided our clients through the process of turning their vision into the space they get to call home. And now that moving day has arrived, their home is ready to be filled with birthday parties, movie marathons, and the little bits of pixie dust they bring back with them from their family vacations.

This is the beauty of custom building.

There's something special about watching freshly turned earth cross the threshold into home.

Our Pebble Acres Project is officially under way! Our clients' forever home will stand where his childhood home once stood. Where he lost his first tooth, where she met his parents, and where so many family dinners were had and memories were made. This is when the bittersweet begins to make room for excitement.

We're doing more than just pouring footings. We're setting the stage for new memories to join the old.
