🎃🍂 The first pumpkins of the season are starting to appear around North County! That little flash of orange always feels like the first real sign that fall is on its way. 🍁✨

Whether the pumpkin patches are fully open yet or just beginning to stock up, it’s officially time to start thinking about autumn outings, porch pumpkins, and all the cozy seasonal fun ahead. 🧺🎃🧡

One of my favorite times of year in Paso Robles is just beginning. 🍂

🌿 What I’m Loving This Week: My Herb Container Garden 🌿

There’s something ridiculously satisfying about walking outside and snipping fresh herbs for dinner. 😊

My container garden has turned into quite the little collection — marjoram, rosemary, basil, lemongrass, parsley, thyme, sage, spearmint and lemon balm… plus Greek oregano and my ever-growing collection of peppers. 🌶️

And those peppers have definitely become a bit of an obsession! 😂 Sundew, Serrano, Fresno, Jalapeño, Mozambique Bastardo and West Park Bird’s Eye (peri-peri) are all growing out there.

One of my favorite things about living in Paso Robles is just how much we can grow here — and you really don’t need a huge vegetable garden to do it. A collection of pots, a sunny spot and suddenly dinner ingredients are right outside the door. 🌿☀️

Fresh herbs, homegrown chilies and a little dirt under my fingernails… I’ll take it. ❤️
