I hate to hear that Hour Deli closed, as I frequently enjoyed a coffee break there. However, a landlord has to evict if the rent is not paid.

Old Palafox and Hour Deli restaurants have abruptly closed in downtown Pensacola. A judge's ruling that they owed over $10,000 in rent could be why.
