SELLERS — do your homework before you sign!
When choosing an agent, ask the right questions:
• Which platforms will my listing be featured on within the first week of signing? Must be more than 3!
• Do you invest in professional photography and drone imagery, or just snap quick photos with an iPhone 11 and call it marketing?
• What experience do you actually have in commercial real estate? Can you do CRE — or have you truly done CRE?

If the quality of their marketing looks no better than a FSBO (For Sale By Owner), then what value are you really getting from listing with them?
