between my toes at an early age. Little did I know at the time that I would marry a man from Pensacola. Yes I met Larry in Nashville where he had moved to pursue a career in the music business. After having one of the most successful careers of any producer in Na

shville, as well as having top publishing companies and studios Larry decided to come home. So my childhood dream of living at the beach came true. After moving here I realized Perdido Key really was the Paradise I thought it would be. When you find something you truly love then you want to share it, what better way than selling the same life style that I had fallen in love with. Purchasing real estate can be an anxious time. A “good buy” can mean many things. Most importantly a good buy requires trust in your Realtor. Several factors become important in the purchase cycle; yes location, amenities and of course cost. Having a knowledgeable, well informed Real Estate Agent is vital to the purchase. I am a strong believer in relationship buying and strive to find the best property at the best value for my customers.

It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend and Frank Brown family member, JIM McBride. Jim loved the Frank Brown Songwriters' Festival and the festival loved him. He was a prolific songwriter, having written hits for and worked with many of the biggest names in country music. Always soft spoken, he was the consummate southern gentleman. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and all his many friends. While he will no longer be among us, he will forever be in our hearts.
