I started “playing around” with ChatGPT in January 2023.
1,088 conversations and 9,437 messages later, I guess I never stopped.
We’ve all used Google forever. At first, I thought of ChatGPT as Google on Red Bull. Instead of searching, opening five websites and manually digging through everything, I could get information at incredible speed, then have an actual back and forth conversation about it.
But somewhere along the way, it became much more than search.
I now use it to think through real estate deals, development problems, marketing, research, documents and ideas. It doesn’t replace experience or judgment. It helps me use both faster and, often, better.
After 3+ years, the biggest thing I’ve learned is simple:
The better the questions you ask, the more powerful AI becomes.
And 9,437 messages later, I still feel like we’re just getting started.
