It’s been a sweet, sticky, sweaty, busy summer so far! 🌞 Since the summer solstice I’ve sold 5 homes, rented 2, sent out 3 referrals, toured probably 40(?) homes with buyers, and have 3 listings coming soon (link in bio to see)! My baby is 9 months old (how?!). My veggie garden is producing ~1 million cucumbers 🥒 Our AC died and we had to replace it during a heat wave 🥵😡. I wallpapered my bathroom (picture 9!! obsessed!! I also learned the value of hiring a professional for this task🤪)

Learning how to work postpartum is a whirlwind. I’m desperate for fall but know I’ll miss summer once it’s gone!! And that’s the update for now ☺️

Biiiiiig congrats to these new homeowners!

These lovely folks reached out to me last summer to start chatting about the prospects of buying their own home. Confident that they wanted to start looking in 2026, we made a plan and jumped into the home buying pool in February. After a few weeks of searching and 1 missed offer, they found this perfect home for a great price, were able to negotiate some seller assist AND some repairs during inspections. Yay all around!

Sold last week in South Philly! When sellers trust the process, great things happen 👏

My seller client reached out in late August looking to sell his home after moving out of state. Twas a happy closing day for my sweet client in King of Prussia! E reached out to me just over 4 weeks ago and got her keys today! 🥳🤗⏱️

She knew what type of home she wanted but was open to location, so we spent a few days looking at homes across the region - a mix of condo/townhomes and single family homes Northwest Philly, Delaware County, and Montgomery County.

We lucked out in King of Prussia and found this perfectly sized, perfect condition condo with low HOA fees just 10 minutes from all the KOP action. We were able to sn**ch it up right at the asking price (which was under budget for E! Win!).

Sometimes looking for a home takes months or years, and sometimes it takes just a few weeks. I’m so happy for E as she starts this new chapter in her new home!!
