I just ran into Punxsutawney Phil! He’s out there now and hard at work! He decided to do the right thing and join the City of Philadelphia’s snow plow team. After Phil gets the job done, I will be available to install my For Sale Sign on your home if you are ready to sell your house. 🤣 lol
