SOLD & CONGRATS to my client for closing on his first property in Philadelphia. When I met him he was actually looking to rent out a FULL triplex I had listed for his companies employees. I said “bro, why don’t you just buy a property??? You’ll save yourself a lot more money” … he goes “You know what.. I actually never even thought to do that!” 😂… Now look where we are! Such a humbling experience and a 2 hour meeting that was well spent. Today we got to donate some school supplies and collaborate with KKIS program here in Playa Del Carmen.. this program was created to help young children here in Mexico that lack resources to attend school full time.. Proud to say that we have partnered and will be sponsoring a few children each year to attend school along with donating.

No kid left behind! Thank God for this experience and opportunity.
