I work with a lot of residential Realtors who have been trained to send over commercial referrals because it’s a violation of their code of ethics to operate outside of their competency. But today, I am having to cancel a transaction because the Realtor who represents the Landlord, doesn’t know what they’re doing on a commercial development project. The level of frustration on this deal 🤯
