Construction is moving forward at The Loop, Creation’s Class-A industrial development at Loop 101 and East Princess Drive, developed in partnership with PGIM Real Estate. Four buildings totaling just over 267,000 square feet are taking shape, built for showroom, light manufacturing, and distribution users in one of the Valley’s tightest industrial submarkets.

Triad 820’s north building, Building C, has sold to Texas Counter Fitters. The building sits at just over 46,000 square feet.

Most developers stay on one path, either developing to lease or developing to sell to users. Creation, along with partner Crow Holdings Capital, has the flexibility to do both, offering businesses the option to lease or buy outright at Triad 820. That kind of flexibility isn’t common, and it’s part of what makes this project stand out in the market.

Thunderbird Commerce Park sits on 18 acres next to Scottsdale Airport, right in the middle of one of the tightest industrial markets in the Phoenix metro. What used to be open land is now 243,360 square feet of Class A logistics space, ready for to aerospace, semiconductor, EV and pharmaceutical tenants to move in.

We've officially broken ground in Avondale.

The West Valley has become one of the country’s most sought-after homes for advanced industry, and Avondale Tech Center is built for that shift, 700,000 square feet across three buildings on 38 acres.

Developed in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, and built alongside LGE Design Build.

As part of our initiative in supporting local charities with each new development, Creation donated $25,000 to Southwest Family Advocacy Center in support of its mission to protect victims of child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and elder abuse.
