We've officially broken ground in Avondale.

The West Valley has become one of the country’s most sought-after homes for advanced industry, and Avondale Tech Center is built for that shift, 700,000 square feet across three buildings on 38 acres.

Developed in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, and built alongside LGE Design Build.

As part of our initiative in supporting local charities with each new development, Creation donated $25,000 to Southwest Family Advocacy Center in support of its mission to protect victims of child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and elder abuse.

This transaction came together through strong collaboration, and we want to recognize the people behind it.
