Whether you are a buyer, seller or investor, times are very exciting in the Dallas Ft. As a top producing Realtor for nearly the past decade, I have been very fortunate to have significant experience in supporting real estate transactions all over the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex including resale, new builds, foreclosures, short-sales and investment properties. The use of out-of-the-box and innovative marketing techniques, utilizing cutting edge technology, extensive use of social networking coupled with powerful negotiating skills, outstanding customer service and knowledge of market trends is what drives my business producing satisfied life-long clients. Integrity, honesty, professional ethics, loyalty, determination, client centered goals and exceeding expectations are of the utmost importance and it is these values that have shaped a successful real estate career and repeat referrals from clients. My previous career as a social worker working with various populations has given me a diverse set of skills including the ability to assess my client’s situation, needs and resources and ultimately the ability to bridge the way to a successful outcome for the individuals and families I have served. These skills coupled with having such a diverse background have greatly contributed to my success in the DFW real estate market assisting home buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling experience. I look forward to working with you to find your dream home, get your home SOLD for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time, or find you the best possible investment!
