Marty is our Division Controller - Development, Lease Administration, and Transactions. He joined Granite’s Accounting team from 2010 -2017 and rejoined us in 2023. Granite is excited to share that Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will open at Midtown Union in Midtown Atlanta this fall.

The restaurant will feature a new elevated design concept with a variety of dining spaces and experiences, including an outdoor lounge that faces the pedestrian-friendly Arts Center Way.

Midtown Union has turned into a morning-to-evening destination ranging from fast-casual to luxurious dining with Hartley Kitchen, Aveline Bar, White Windmill Bakery & Cafe (하얀풍차), and soon, Fleming’s.

Midtown Union features a Class AA office tower, the Mira at Midtown Union luxury residential tower, and the Kimpton Shane Hotel. It is located steps from The Woodruff Arts Center, adjacent to the 17th Street bridge, and offers first-on, first-off access to the I-75/85 Connector.

Midtown Union was developed by Granite and MetLife Investment Management.

This week, Granite’s Senior Managing Director, Paul Bennett, spoke at Bisnow's The Future of Houston office event. He discussed the current state of the Houston office market and how regularly updating our Houston office buildings with high-end amenities plays a significant role in attracting companies to our buildings.

Granite owns over 1.8 million square feet of high-quality office buildings in Houston, including One, Two and Three Eldridge, Briarpark Green, Weslayan Tower and The Alabama at River Oaks (formerly 3355 West Alabama).

This new, upscale Torchy’s offers your Tex-Mex favorites, a full bar experience and a patio with a view of the park.

Welcome to The Alabama at River Oaks in Houston!

3355 West Alabama has been renamed The Alabama at River Oaks to better reflect the building, its prime location and premium amenities.

To enhance the customer experience, Granite has made several updates over the past few years. They include a ground-floor MOVE fitness center, an outdoor lounge called The Yard, and, more recently, an EATS café as well as new furniture and lighting in the lobby.

The Alabama at River Oaks is a 12-story, Class-A, Energy Star-rated, 236,932-square-foot office building centrally located between River Oaks, Upper Kirby and Greenway Plaza.

Congratulations to our Property Experience team in Houston for winning the commercial real estate industry’s highest honor for building management and operations.

We’re excited to share that we have completed a $6.5 million capital renovation at 3333 Lee Parkway and renamed the building Parkwell 33.

The update brings warmer design and new amenities to common areas designed to make the building feel more inviting and comfortable.
