We are seeing homes sell for quite a bit less than their original list price. That doesn’t mean every seller is going to accept a lower offer, but it DOES mean you shouldn’t automatically count a house out just because of the price tag.

If you love the house, let’s look at the numbers, see how long it’s been on the market, check the comps and make an offer that makes sense.
