You are the best. I knew selling that house would be difficult, and I didn’t look forward to it. You drove the distance and carefully appraised the house and determined what would need to be done. And then you were patient. It was a long time between the first time I asked you to come out and when I would finally give you the word that I was ready. Each time I contacted you, I thought you might have given up on me. Yet, each time you were very positive and incredibly helpful. But, you never pushed me. You even cautioned me to make sure I was ready. I knew you meant it. You sensed my attachment to that house, and you wanted me to be certain that I was doing the right thing.
When I finally made the decision, the process went rapidly into gear. Everything clicked. Suddenly, the house was being shown.
