I moved to Florida in 1990 and have traveled all around this wonderful state. I have been in real estate since 2012, covering areas like Boca Grande, S. Gulf Cove, Cape Haze, Placida, Rotonda West, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, Venice, North Port, and more. Since getting my license I have taken many educational courses to better service my customers and keep up with todays technology and
requirements. I have received many designations including GRI- Graduate Realtor® Institue. This designation alone required over 105 classroom hours and 4 hours of testing. All these classes and experience provides you with a REALTOR that is up-to-date and knowledgeable. I''m part of a family Marine Construction business, so I understand that not all waterfront is the same. I live and work throughout the Gulf Cove, Rotonda, N.West Port Charlotte and North Port Area. I love this area, it has so much to offer for everyone. If you love boating, kayaking, golfing, or going to the beach- its all at your fingertips. If you have children, the East Englewood and Rotonda area have some of the best schools around. My experience in construction, with remodels and building my own home has given me many connections in the industry. Additionally, the knowledge of different materials used and the benefits or disadvantages of those materials.
