Daisy had a birthday on Sunday! 🎂🐾 Our sweet girl (aka wild beast!) is a retired racer from Ireland and is my Greyt assistant. Yes, she’s on the Sweet Home PDX payroll!

We’re so lucky she found her way to us and she is hands down the weirdest pet we’ve ever had!😂💗

"What can I actually afford in Portland?"

It's a fair question, and the answer really does depend on the neighborhood. Here's a rough picture of what I'm seeing right now:

Under $400K — Outer SE, Lents, Centennial. Solid homes in real neighborhoods with room to make them your own.

$400K–$550K — NE Portland, St. Johns, Montavilla. Charming bungalows, walkable blocks, the Portland feel a lot of people are looking for.

$550K–$700K — Hawthorne, Division, close-in SE. More move-in ready, closer to everything.

$700K+ — West Hills, larger homes, better views, more space.

Every budget has a good Portland story. It's mostly about knowing which neighborhoods fit what you're looking for.
