Haunted Overload in Lee did not disappoint.

This place is about 20 minutes from Portsmouth and the sets are honestly movie quality. It just keeps going, scene after scene, and the whole thing is built by hand out in the woods at DeMeritt Hill Farm.

They run through Halloween, and it sells out, so get tickets ahead if you are going.

One of my favorite things about living on the Seacoast is that stuff like this is right in our backyard.

You do not need 20% down to buy a house on the Seacoast.
The typical buyer nationally just put down $27,100 - 13.7% - the lowest second-quarter level since 2021. At our $650K median, 13.7% down keeps about $41K in reserve for about $281/mo more than 20% down. I ran all three numbers:
