I first visited paradise while on a family vacation – it was love at first sight. I knew one day I would return to Kauai; for good. I grew up far away in a foreign land called east Tennessee and went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee with a business degree and alumni status from my sorority, Phi Mu. Upon graduation, I performed marketing and business development for large environment
al engineering projects where I learned the art of preparing million dollar “stand out” proposals – rich with images and compelling data that tells the story. Although grateful for purposeful work, the island called to me. I sold my home along with my belongings, embarked on an epic road trip to California where I would ship my car, and moved to one of the most green/sustainable places on the planet, mother Kauai. I quickly obtained my real estate license, and have been able to combine my Southern charm with a background in marketing, deal making, and social media to compliment the award winning experience of my senior associates, Ben Welborn and Tiffany Spencer. Coupled with my social media expertise – I bring a new dimension of marketing to reach buyers across the world. Escaping the “American dream” to pursue my own dream of living on Kauai, I can personally say I am passionate about turning your dream of living on this beautiful island into a reality. I live my life with Enthusiasm, Energy and Effort. While simultaneously tending to my client’s needs, you can find me soaking up sun on the beach, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, maintaining my garden, practicing yoga, or riding my motorcycle. As a former equine owner, I spend time volunteering at Healing Horses, Kauai to enrich lives through Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT). Being a world traveler (Iceland, Norway, Spain, Costa Rica; to name a few), I enjoy leaving my tiny home to explore new cultures, meet interesting people, expand my horizons, and find gut-wrenching black diamonds to ski down. I am proud to say I truly live the Hawaii Life.
