I have seen a lot of posts about needs for month to month rentals for people displaced by the hurricane. Just SOLD - Just BOUGHT 💪🏼 Let me tell a little story behind this one…
When I first caught the Real Estate bug I had just read the purple Bible (Rich Dad Poor Dad). I wanted to be a full time investor, but had no means to do it. Or even the slightest bit of knowledge looking back to that moment.
What I did have was drive and some foresight. I took a leap of faith to get my real estate license and switch to a 100% commission based career. What better way I thought to learn than on the job. Man that was the best move I think I’ve ever made.
Fast forward to buying this property. With my experience over the years I walked in this place to list it and knew it had potential. I was upfront to the seller. I will give you the price you want if you pay me the full commission. About $12,000 to purchase, about $11,700 back in commission. We bought this place for $300! That is powerful!!
This will be our first Airbnb and we can’t wait to get this section of our Cash Flow Portfolio started. When you want to do something you need to take a jump. Even when all the steps haven’t been figured out. 💯🍾🏡
