As a pr***en of about ten, my first real “job” was my bicycle driven paper route. A local realtor asked me if I would also consider passing out his marketing material throughout the neighborhood. Of course, I agreed, and in doing so, ultimately learned the importance of marketing & advertising. As a high school student, I worked as a messenger for an escrow company. I delivered documents to buyers & sellers, ensuring proper signatures, and securing their transactions would close on time. This was well before the days of fax machines & email. This whole process taught me the importance of getting paperwork on time and guaranteeing that there were no delays in closing an escrow. In 1986, during my first year of college, I got my real estate license and immediately started my career in residential and commercial real estate sales. The commercial aspect of the business taught me the significance of running a structured, professional business and the art of negotiating for our clients on a much larger scale. The most rewarding part of my career started when my dad and I opened our residential real estate business in Orange County in the early 1990s. With our dedication to be the best, we quickly became the leading real estate team in South Orange County. Ever since then, we have continued to grow our business and strive to do the best job for our customers as we possibly can. Serving well over one thousand families has been one of the most gratifying aspects of my job, and words cannot express what it feels like to receive a hand drawn picture from a young child, thanking us for their new home. My family and I are so fortunate to be immersed in our community for over 35 years. Together with my loving wife of 35 years, our 29-year-old son & 24-year-old daughter, we are living the dream that Southern California lifestyle has to offer. We enjoy traveling, boating, school events, running & cycling. I apply the same dedication that I have for my business to other aspects of my life such as my passions for competing in Ironman events, championship boat racing, water ski racing, and my love for supporting many of our local schools and charities.
