A little late, but a big THANK YOU to my sellers on the closing of 24760 Hidden Valley Rd last Friday!

I truly appreciate the trust you placed in me to market and sell this great Black Hills property. Congratulations on the sale and the next chapter!

Of course, I couldn’t just post a normal closing video. I had to create a song to go with it. A couple minor problems...

Apparently the singer didn’t get the memo on how to pronounce Bulich. And then I asked AI to squeeze Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Midwest Realty into a song. That brokerage name is practically a verse by itself.

So turn up the volume, enjoy the video, and forgive the singer for my new last name and trying to get through the longest brokerage name in real estate!
