One thing that’s stood out to me this year so far is how many homes are selling quietly through agent relationships before ever hitting the market.

By June, I’ll have closed over $3M in off-market properties — feels a little bizarre to even type.

It’s a reminder that real estate is still incredibly relational. Conversations matter. Networking matters. Reputation matters.
