A showing is more than a quick walk-through. It’s a chance to
picture your everyday life in a home and decide whether it truly fits what you need.
When we’re touring homes together, here are a few things I always encourage buyers to keep in mind:
1. Revisit your must-haves and budget before each showing.
2. Take photos or videos so you can compare homes later.
3. Look past the furniture and décor, and focus on the layout,
condition, and features that will stay.
4. Slow down, ask questions, and pay attention to how the home feels.
