Inventory continues to provide buyers with options, while homes that are priced correctly are still finding willing buyers.

Over the last week:

🏡 62 single-family homes sold
🏡 26 sold under $500,000

🏘️ 12 condos and townhomes sold
🏘️ All 12 sold under $500,000

Current inventory sits at:
• 1,357 single-family homes available
• 254 homes listed under $500,000
• 330 pending sales

• 460 condos and townhomes available
• 287 listed under $500,000
• 105 pending sales

The takeaway? Buyers have more choices than we've seen in recent years, but affordable inventory continues to move when it is priced competitively.

My friends we are back with our weekly market analysis for Real Estate in Washington County, Utah! 🏠

The story hasn't changed much over the past few weeks: buyers have more options, but homes are still selling.

We're currently sitting at 1,340 single-family homes and 463 condos/townhomes on the market. That's plenty of inventory, which means buyers can afford to be selective and sellers need to be realistic when it comes to pricing.

At the same time, we're still seeing strong activity with 363 single-family homes and 110 condos/townhomes pending throughout Washington County.

The takeaway? Good homes that are priced appropriately are continuing to attract buyers.

If you're considering buying, there are opportunities out there. If you're thinking about selling, understanding where your home fits in today's market is more important than ever.
