"Alpine Heights has provided a consistently positive experience over the last 5 years I have resided here. My husband and I were the first residents to live in our unit, we have been here since it hit the market. The negative reviews listed are some obviously disgruntled tenants who do not accurately reflect a true rating of this community. These townhouses are beautiful, well-maintained, there is great service from management, and the community itself is small, quiet, and peaceful. I try to be mindful that when people leave reviews, they usually only do so when there is something polarizing for them to feel the need to leave one. I have recently put my 60 day notice in to vacate, as my husband and I are buying a house. But after seeing some of the less-positive reviews here, I felt the need to leave one as well. This community is one of the best I have ever lived in and you can take pride in living in a classy place here without any issues." -Amanda

You may have noticed our POTM form looks different and that's because it is! We've upgraded our entry form and have also been updating our posters with a qr code to the new form.

If you entered your pet on the previous form and have not seen them represented yet please know we are still working through any remaining entries by the order in which they were submitted!
