Si vas a comprar casa, lo que menos necesitas son tarjetas de crédito. Cada vez que te corren el crédito, tu puntaje baja y puede afectarte el préstamo. Error número 2. pagar las tarjetas tarde puede afectar tu crédito, 3. esconder información financiera, el banco lo revisa todo 4. mover dinero, sin ninguna explicación. Recuerda todo tiene que poderse justificar y error número 5 guardar dinero para los gastos de cierre y no haberlo declarado. El efectivo debajo del colchón no sirve el prestamista, Necesita ver el origen de todos tus fondos. Escribe la palabra “casa” para mandarte mi guía de compradores. 🏠
