🔥 I'M GOING TO SAY SOMETHING SOME REALTORS PROBABLY WON'T LIKE…
Putting your house in the MLS is NOT a marketing strategy.
Neither is sticking a sign in the yard.
Neither is uploading 40 pictures and waiting for Zillow to do the rest.
That's distribution.
Marketing is something entirely different.
Marketing is figuring out WHO is most likely to buy your property and WHY they should want it.
It's positioning.
It's photography and presentation.
It's telling the story of the home.
It's creating attention.
It's reaching buyers where they're actually looking.
It's understanding the lifestyle you're selling — not just the bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage.
And most importantly…
It's creating enough perceived value that someone is willing to write the offer.
When you interview an agent, don't just ask:
"What do you think my house is worth?"
Ask:
"Exactly how are you going to make buyers want MY house instead of the other 20 homes they're looking at?"
The answer to that question will tell you a lot.
Because I don't believe my job is simply to list homes.
My job is to SELL them.
