A little belated Boss’s Day celebration for our fearless leader, Lois! ❤️
This month marks 22 years since Lois opened Resident Lending Group, and we couldn’t let the occasion pass without celebrating the amazing woman behind it all!
Lois is so much more than a boss. She’s a mentor, a problem solver, a cheerleader, and the person we can always count on when we need help. No matter how busy she is, she will stop what she’s doing to jump in and help us work through a transaction, find a solution, or make sure we’re taking the best possible care of our clients.
She leads with heart, works tirelessly behind the scenes, supports each of us individually, and genuinely cares about our team and the people we serve. She’s built more than a company over the past 22 years — she’s built a team and a culture that make us proud to be part of Resident Lending Group.
Running a business is no small feat, and we know there’s so much that goes on behind the scenes that most people never see. Lois, we appreciate your dedication, your patience, your willingness to always help, and the countless ways you show up for us every single day.
