Two kids. Husband. Jobs. Clients. One me.

Some days that math doesn’t work out and I’m learning I just have to be okay with that.

I used to think I’d eventually figure out how to do it all without dropping anything. I don’t think that’s actually the goal anymore.

I think the goal is just... being present wherever I am.

Even when “wherever I am” is the school pickup line answering emails.

Still a work in progress. Probably always will be. 😜 But doin our best.

She is something else.

No HOA. Acreage. A walkout basement. And the kind of property that makes people slow down when they drive past it. Breathe a little deeper as they pull down the driveway.

Ben and Crystal came to me through the best kind of referral chain. A nurse I used to work with sent me a client (another nurse). That client sent me Ben and Crystal (also anooother nurse 😆). The nurse web is real and apparently unstoppable!

From the very beginning they knew what they wanted.
Land. Space. Somewhere that felt like theirs.

It didn’t happen overnight. We had a wide search. But they stayed patient, stayed focused on what actually mattered to them.

And then “the one” happened.
Acreage. Their own land.
Ended up in a multiple offer situation… and we got the house!
Keys in hand and a whole life ahead of them to build on it.

This is the part of my job that never gets old. Not the transaction. The moment right after it when someone is standing with the keys to something that is finally theirs. That matters so much. That they’re so excited to make a life in.

If you’ve been dreaming about land and space and a little breathing room, this is your sign that it IS possible. It does not always happen fast. It always needs a game plan. But it happens!

Okaaaaay.... but what if everything you’ve been just looking for was literally sitting on 4.59 acres in Mt. Ulla? And you didn’t have to build it yourself?!?

The wrap-around porch for your morning coffee. The chicken coop so you can grab your own eggs for breakfast. The space for a garden. The kitchen that actually makes you want to cook in it. Saturday morning. Coffee in hand. Pajamas. Wrap around porch. No bra. No neighbors. No obligations.

Just you, the trees, and the kind of quiet that only exists when you have enough land that nobody can see you anyway.
