I'm Paul Caparas, Founder/Broker Associate of Pitch Real Estate. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers of residential real estate in San Diego since 2003. Working through both a real estate boom and real estate crash, I've gained experience with luxury homes, single family homes, condos, town homes, duplexes, short sales, foreclosures and flipped homes. Throughout my career, I've worked for Century 21, Weichert Realtors, Pacific Sotheby's International Realty and Compass. All great brokerages but it was time to start my own real estate brokerage named Pitch Real Estate. Some of my personal achievements are 2021 San Diego Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year”, San Diego Association of Realtors 40 under 40 Award, Top 3% of Realtors in San Diego County Award, Top Producing office awards, finalist for San Diego Union Tribune Best Real Estate Agent twice and was on HGTV's hit show House Hunters multiple times. What makes me different is everyday I work on adding value to my clients and always put my clients best interest first.
