As a real estate agent I get calls and text messages every day asking if I’ve any “fixers” for them to flip. They always claim they have millions of dollars to spend in the next month. I don’t know who these people/organizations are but the most likely explanation is that they are looking to rob people out of equity they might otherwise realize on the open market. Be informed about the real estate market and don’t let these scammers get the best of you, better yet, call me to help you understand what you have and what it’s worth.
