Success story time🎉

When these amazing buyers were relocating to the Bay Area from Southern California due to a job opportunity they had limited chances to visit homes in person. A particular property appeared in their Compass collection and they were immediately drawn to it. Our amazing agent, Nicole @‌farmcurious, conducted a reconnaissance mission on their behalf, creating a video that showcased every nook and cranny of the home. Although they found her extremely detailed walk-through video amusing, they ultimately appreciated the effort.

There were some concerns that required further investigation, so Nicole tapped into our network of local professionals to arrange additional inspections beyond what the seller had provided. These inspections uncovered a few issues that needed attention, but none of them were significant enough to deter the buyers from purchasing the home they loved. The husband managed to view the property before their inspection contingency expired, but the wife didn’t see it until the day of their move-in, after a long drive from LA with their toddler.

We were all anxious to hear their reaction all day. When the wife finally called Nicole up, she was full of joy and gratitude, expressing that she loved the home even more in person than she had from the photos. She and her family were excited to make it their own.

That happy phone call was the perfect conclusion to the transaction. Nicole is looking forward to being their REALTOR® for life and assisting them with all of their future home decisions.
