I am so grateful to have 3 of my Listings in Contract for all of my Sellers and the new Buyers. I also was able to get a couple into contract on a fixer upper. We were the best out of 6 offers. They will have fun with their new project. I have a new listing that I am hoping will sell quickly, too. Open Houses this weekend and next.

Business has been great this year. I get the opportunity to build strong relationships with my clients. I become a confidant, an advisor and sometimes a spiritual pillar of hope when the lending process has challenges.

I sold a home in South San Francisco with views of the Bay and seagulls flying by to a couple from Singapore and a home in Cupertino to a single mother of two boys that really wanted her sons to be able to stay in their current top schools (M***a Vista High School). Due to lending issues with the first lender, I was able to help her switch lenders, extend Close of Escrow and hand over the keys to her. Albeit, it took a bit longer to close but she is now super happy with her home that has a bedroom for each son.

The Listing Agent, for one of the homes I sold, gave me a very nice notebook that says "REALTOR because Badass, Miracle Worker isn't an official title".
