I have been super busy recently. But I had to stop and post what God has done for me.

I sold my 1st home in Alameda. It was on the market for 2 weeks and closed 2 weeks later. What it looks like when you step out on faith and follow what God tells you to do.

Quick story leading to this moment......

Four years ago God told me to leave my job of 22 years. He asked if I trusted Him. Although this was a scary transition I said "Yes I trust you God". I left not knowing how I would pay my mortgage, medical coverage which I needed but mainly my husband who has pre-existing health challenges. I put in applications everywhere and God said, Did I tell you to do that?". Now I'm confused asking "God what do you want me to do then twiddle my fingers". Again He asked "Do you trust Me". I said yes. Not long later a friend offered me a position to work for her privately owned company as a Senior Placement Specialist which I have been doing now for the last 4 yrs(yes I said 4yrs).

Then God told me to get my Real Estate license. I went back and forth thinking I was tripping. All of a sudden commercials began to pop up about Real Estate. I started receiving random calls from friends I haven't spoken to in years talking about Real Estate. The final confirmation was after asking God "how will I pay for the course", I received a call from one of my sisters from the church. She called and said God told her to give me some money. She put the money in a red Chinese envelope. When I opened it, it was the amount I needed for my course. I can't make this stuff up. Finally after taking the course and going through the cram course over and over again, the Lord said rest. Everyone told me most people don't pass on the first try. But God said rest. I went, took my test and passed on the first try, 3/2024. All of this while still working as a Senior Placement Specialist.

Then God told me to get my life insurance license, which I was worried about. Again the question, "Do you trust Me". Although uncertain at times, I took the course and I got my license within the first take on 6/2024.

God has blessed me with flexibility and the ability to help others.
