One of Playa del Rey's newest spots has quickly become a neighborhood favorite.

Created by longtime local restaurant owners Tony Cotrufo (Caffe Pinguini) and Nando de Stefano (The Good Pizza), this market and deli brings a little taste of Italy right to Playa.

One of my favorite things about this place is that they make their focaccia bread fresh in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference.

I've tried a few things on the menu, but my personal favorite is The Jungle. It's fresh, flavorful, and one of those sandwiches you immediately start thinking about the next day. Honestly, it's hard to go wrong here.

If you're looking for a great lunch spot, a bottle of wine for dinner, or just want to check out one of Playa's newest local businesses, this one is worth a visit.

A peek into life as a Westside Realtor and mom of 2 ☀️

This month was a mix of helping clients find their next chapter, making memories with family and friends, and squeezing in a little time for myself along the way.

One highlight was helping my Palm Springs client find her new home in Brentwood after months of exploring the Westside. I also wrapped up a sale in Brooklyn alongside an amazing NYC agent, proving once again that real estate is still very much a relationship business.

At home, life was full of school events, birthday parties, park days, and lots of quality time with my boys. I even found my way back to weightlifting, which has been one of the best things I've done for myself this year.

Feeling grateful for this season and all the people who make it so meaningful.
