One of the best parts of living in El Segundo? It’s how often the whole community shows up for each other, and the Main Street Fair is such a good example of that🩵

I’m excited to be part of the Main Street fair this year with my own little setup! If you’re coming by, please stop and say hi! I’ll have complimentary face painting for the kiddos, a raffle to enter, a few fun take home goodies and plenty of reasons to hang around for a bit 😍

Did you know that a trip to Dior can include lunch now?👀

I recently visited Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn, tucked inside the House of Dior on Rodeo Drive, and the entire experience feels exactly as considered as you’d expect🩵

The space brings together fashion, design and food in such a uniquely Beverly Hills way. Dominique Crenn’s menu blends her French background with a California sensibility, while the restaurant itself feels like an extension of the Dior house rather than simply somewhere attached to the boutique.

And yes, you can make a reservation. You don’t have to be shopping at Dior first. It’s open for lunch, dinner, cocktails and more, making it such a fun one to save for a special lunch, date night or an afternoon on Rodeo.

🌴Where do you spend your weekends?
✨What parts of your day do you want to make easier?

That’s also why I talk so much about lifestyle with my clients. When you’re choosing where to live, you’re not just choosing a house. You’re choosing your coffee runs, date nights, Sunday mornings, favorite walking routes and the places that slowly become “your spots”🩵

On a map, everything looks relatively close. A few miles can separate two neighborhoods, but those few miles can completely change your commute, your weekends, how often you walk somewhere, where you grab dinner, and even how much home you get for your budget.

That’s why I don’t start relocation conversations with, “Which neighborhood do you like?” I start with your life;

🔑 Where are you commuting? What do your weekends look like?
🔑 Do you want restaurants outside your door or a quieter street to come home to?
🔑 Is being near the beach worth giving up a little space?
🔑 What actually needs to feel easy every day?

Once I understand that, we can start narrowing down the part of West LA that makes sense for you.
