Extensive research and meticulous attention to detail prepared us for the big moment - crafting the winning offer! 🏡💪 Amidst the challenges, we even faced a ransomware attack on our Escrow so we made alternate plans for closing if we needed to (But we didn't!) Okay other families have beautiful photos of searching for a Christmas tree in snowy woods. But I like our just fine! The weekend after Thanksgiving Madeleine and I pick a full fat Christmas tree and they install it in our living room four hours later!

This is the last time we’ll do this before Madeleine goes to college. Guess I’ll be saying that a lot in the next months. 😞
