It was a phenomenal weekend of tours and connection at the Cohousing Summit this past weekend in Seattle. So many incredible projects and professionals. This rockstar panel of architects included Ray Johnston of Johnston Architects, Rob Humble of Hybrid, Leah of Allied 8 and Michael Mariano of Schemata Design sharing the latest in collaborative design and community living!

With new Middle Housing laws in WA there are now more options than ever for community living and density that brings people together to provide both private and public spaces.

Although new construction pricing is still expensive, there are many professionals in the field working to bring affordability into the conversation and new models are emerging that are very inspiring.
