Two very happy sellers! 🙌

Ravenna Bungalow: We initially spent 3 weeks on the market, held consistent open houses & followed up with every realtor who toured. That hard work finally brought us an offer (aiming to *negotiate down* on price). With quick due diligence, we procured a 2nd offer within hours that was stronger & prepared to compete. After hours of negotiation, we chose the best offer, which closed in just 12 days at $15K *over asking*. Our incredibly happy sellers had already moved across the country and trusted us with everything: the initial prep, contractor updates, staging, landscaping, and ultimately strong negotiations for the win. This one hit different. We recently had the privilege of helping Fadi’s parents prep, list, and close on their home of 20 years, and it was every bit as emotional as you’d expect.

From the very first walkthrough to the final day of landscaping together as a family, this sale was a labor of love. Every detail was handled with care, all while navigating a flood of memories around every corner.

And then of course there was the pricing conversation. 😄 Like with many of our sellers, we didn’t land on a number overnight. Opinions varied, time passed, and we even brought in two of our most trusted Seattle colleagues for outside perspective (you know who you are - thank you!). But once we aligned, we listed with full confidence.
