This home was a wonderful income producing property for several years with Folkstone Properties. This year when we put the “For Rent” sign in the yard, fate had other plans and we received an offer to purchase well beyond what we could have imagined. After a lot of deliberation, my Owner client decided to sell her Clemson family home. Sad to see this one go, but so happy for my Seller client. We will miss you in Tiger Town! 🐅
