🍎 A little rain can’t stop a good time in Westminster!

We spent part of our Saturday at The Official South Carolina Apple Festival - and even with the soggy weather, the festival was still full of smiling faces, local vendors, good food and plenty of that small-town Upstate charm we love so much. 😊

This is one of those events that reminds us why we love calling this corner of South Carolina home!

It’s not just the lakes, mountains and beautiful scenery. It’s the communities, traditions and people who make this area so special.

We don’t just sell here - we live here, too. 💙

When your workday includes Lake Keowee views, great people and lunch at a local favorite… you’re doing something right! 💙

A few of our Crew spent part of the day out around Lake Keowee, then stopped in for lunch at Lighthouse Lake Keowee to support one of our awesome local businesses - and enjoy a few more lake views - before heading back to work.

And honestly, this is a pretty good snapshot of who we are at Lake Life Realty!

We work hard. We know these lakes, towns and communities because we actually live our lives here. We support the locally owned businesses that make the Upstate special. And we genuinely enjoy doing this job with people we like being around.

We are so excited for our awesome buyers! 😁

When this sweet family was ready to find a vacation home that could also be used as a rental property, they gave Tammy a call. This is the third time she's had the honor of helping them - and was ready to take on the new challenge.

Last week our Crew was invited to a Lunch and Learn at the AR Homes Greenville - American Eagle Builders model home in The Cliffs at Keowee Springs... and all we can say is WOW! 😳

If modern luxury is your style, then AR Homes is the builder for you. Their model home is filled with high end and sleek details that highlight their craftsmanship.

Our hosts for the day were fabulous! 💙 We had the pleasure of meeting Bruce Pasquarella, the owner and president of AR Homes Upstate SC, along with Betsy Klein and Cole Ray - who are both sales consultants in our area. They explained in depth how the building process works and the numerous ways they can help our clients have the home of their dreams!

We can't thank them enough for their hospitality - and the delicious lunch! 😊 We look forward to working with them in the future.
