One of my favorite pictures taken in Germany last month, so perfectly imperfect. Life is busy, Real Estate is a wonderfully crazy rollercoaster, and the world feels heavy… but time with my family and high school besties reminded me that the relationships we pour into are the ones that keep us grounded and strong.
So here’s your reminder (if you needed one): make space for your people. Don’t wait until next month or next year, because our time together isn’t endless. The moments we think we’ll get to later, might be the ones we miss.

I used to pass this house when it was still crumbling. I remember it tired and worn, and wondered if anyone would come to its rescue. Imagine my delight when I noticed it restored with care during my hometown visit. It has more soul than all the new construction (boxy and white appears to be the trend in Germany) combined.

This beautiful townhome in the Villages of Dorchester is proof again that staging pays off big time! While other homes in the neighborhood were lingering on the market, we got an above list price offer on day 3! Unfortunately, the first buyer defaulted, and we had to relist (and pursue earnest money). Again, we got an above list price offer after just a few days. This time, all went smoothly and, today, we settled.
