A little about myself:
My name is Ashley Richard Hawley, and I am a 2nd generation Realtor, working in New Orleans and on the Northshore since 2022. Not only did I grow up doing this, I’ve been in the real estate industry professionally for the past 15+ years, gaining extensive experience in the real estate world: including Title Stream uptown, helping get clients to close, and also DSLD Homes helping work sales and designing dream homes! For the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of working closely with my husband who is a Real Estate Investor & builder, and specializes in historic renovations in New Orleans. This gives me an upper hand in dealing with clients who are investors or are looking to flip properties, or keep them as long or short term rentals. I also own several rental properties, which I personally manage. All of this combined, gives me a competitive edge in representing you as your Realtor. I’m qualified to advise you on investment properties, rentals, and properties to flip for profit. I also love working with buyers and sellers who are simply ready to move on to the next chapter, searching for their dream house, and looking forward to the opportunity to call it home. My mother has been a Realtor since 1998, and has graciously become by mentor. The knowledge I have been able to gain from working with her is absolutely invaluable. I have learned so much from her 25+ years of experience selling real estate in Slidell, and I’m so grateful for everything she has taught me about this career and doing business the RIGHT way. We value our clients as friends, and she has taught me to treat each transaction as if we’re representing family in one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.
