We need to talk about SAFETY.

When a neighborhood was previously vacant. You may not realize how FAST people drive through the neighborhood.

But because these are new homes and new families, we have to mindful of our community and kids playing in the street!

That’s a great way to get materials stolen.

When you are doing tight infill development, you are not working with a lot of space.

So, you have centralize your materials which then also helps them from not getting stolen.
