From Foundation to Frame!

A blank slab of concrete doesn't stay blank for long. In just a few days, this lot went from flat and empty to standing walls and a full wood frame.. the first real sign that this house is on its way.

This is the work most people never see, but it's where the whole project gets its shape. Structure by structure, we're building something this neighborhood can be proud of.

Color Meets Craft 🍊

Half-painted to fully finished! This accent wall at 511 Blaine came together fast, and every stroke mattered. It's a small piece of a much bigger process, but it's moments like this that make a build feel like home.

We believe good design isn't an afterthought.. it's part of how we build. This wall is proof.

This main floor just earned its finishing touches.. for the first time ever.

There's a specific moment in every build where the space stops feeling like a construction site and starts feeling like a home. This is that moment. The flooring lays the foundation for how the room will feel day to day, the trim adds the architectural precision that ties every wall and corner together, and the cabinetry brings both function and finish to the space.

Milestones like this are a reminder that great homes are built one intentional detail at a time.

Most people drive past this and have no idea what it’s for.

That black fence around our job site isn’t there to keep people out.. it’s there to keep sediment out of the storm sewer.

When rain hits exposed soil, it can carry dirt, debris, and pollutants into storm drains, which ultimately flow into local waterways. Erosion control measures like silt fencing are designed to slow that runoff and keep the soil where it belongs.

On infill developments, where multiple lots are being built at the same time, protecting against stormwater runoff becomes even more important. It’s one of those details most people never notice, but it has a real impact on the surrounding neighborhood and the environment.

Good construction isn’t just about what gets built. It’s also about how the site is managed while it’s being built.
