UNDER CONTRACT‼️

This one required more than finding the right house.

There was a financing hurdle that could have stopped the deal in its tracks. Instead of giving up on the property, the lender and I worked through the guidelines, figured out what needed to happen, and put a plan together to get my buyer in position to move forward.

And now, 561 Colonial Dr in Holly Springs is UNDER CONTRACT. 🙌🏾

Real estate really is about relationships.

I talked to someone back in 2023 who wanted to buy a home, but the timing just wasn’t right yet.

I stayed in touch with her over the years.

Today, SHE called ME and said she was ready to buy.

We got her pre-approved today, her buyer consultation is tomorrow, and after that we’re going to see a house she already has her eye on.

Three years later…..

This is why I tell people you don’t have to wait until you’re completely ready to start talking to a Realtor. Sometimes the first conversation happens long before the keys do.

And when your time comes, we pick right back up where we left off.
