Average days on market until under contract is down 1 week as buyers are coming out of the woodwork.
Inventory is up about 200 units from last week and sold homes up just a little under 100.
Interest rates are at a 3 year low and the Texas Market is clearly gearing up for Spring.

Days on Market until under contract are Increasingly Rising as the Average Price Drops across all of the DFW-Metroplex. It is Certainly a Great time for Buyers to Take Advantage of the Current Market. Negotiate a Good Price, Possible Concessions to Assist with Renovations or Closing Costs and also allow other contingencies not normally accepted during a Sellers' "Multiple-Offer" Market.
