Hm. The other day while out showing houses I encountered a very inquisitive neighbor. I mean, they seemed friendly, but anytime we were outside they were like the man in the photo. I assume they were like that while we were in the house too. Realtor feedback: It’s a no because of the neighborly surveillance!

They say Springfield will be at a 97% totality during the eclipse on April 8th and that that moment will be at 1:54 PM. We may all be in the dark briefly on that day, but I don’t want you to be in the dark about real estate. If you need light shed on any real estate question just let me know.
