So excited to celebrate my buyer, Charles, on closing on his new home! 🏡🔑

Charles was living in Illinois and was seriously considering a move to Texas, but we were able to find the right opportunity here in the St. Louis area and keep him close to family. ❤️

This home is going to be an incredible project, and I can’t wait to see the transformation! 🛠️✨ Charles has a great vision for this property, and I’m excited to watch it all come together over the coming months.

I’m so excited for The Martinez Family! 🎉❤️

I first met them at an Open House last year, and we’ve stayed in touch ever since as they prepared for their big move from Texas to Missouri. Watching their plans come together and finally helping them find a home they love has been incredibly rewarding.

After searching for the right fit, we found a home that checked nearly every box on their wish list, and we were even able to negotiate a seller credit along the way! 🙌🏡

One of my favorite parts of this job is building relationships that last beyond a single showing or transaction. From that first Open House conversation to getting this home under contract, it has been such a privilege to be part of their journey.

What a day this turned out to be! I originally met the sellers through my incredible roofer, Robert Pope at Robert J Roofing, & I’m so thankful our paths crossed 🙌

This transaction definitely tested us 😅 Between hiccups throughout the process and an absolute 11th-hour panic the night before closing, there were moments where it felt like this one just didn’t want to cooperate 😂 BUT… we stayed calm, worked through every obstacle, found solutions, & made it to the closing table today 🔑✨

And honestly? That 11th-hour panic turned into a day worth celebrating 🥂 So excited for everyone involved and their new beginnings ahead! 🏡💚

My buyers are officially homeowners and honestly… they did it in STYLE ✨🔑

These first-time buyers scored a brand new construction home AND locked in a $35K down payment grant 💰🙌 We love a “Free Money Secret”… I mean opportunity😉 😂👏

I’m so proud of them for trusting the process, surviving the paperwork, and making it to the closing table without running away 🫶🤣 Now they get to enjoy that “new house smell” and start this exciting new chapter 🏠🎉
