After only owning her home for a year, a job change and needing a better setup for her sweet pup with hip issues meant it was time for a move. The challenge? Sell for a profit AND purchase her next home without bringing money to the table.

Today was a BIG one! ❤️ Congratulations to my good friends, the Thorpes, on officially closing on both the sale of their home and the purchase of their next one! 🏡✨

I’m not going to lie… this contingent deal threw us a few curveballs at the very end 😅, but we worked through every challenge and made it to the closing table!
